Sexual & Reproductive Health Services in the Gorge

Services are available across five counties in the Columbia River Gorge — on both the Oregon and Washington sides. Most providers offer sliding scale fees and accept Medicaid. No one is turned away for inability to pay.

Oregon

Hood River County

• Emergency contraception

• Gynecological exams & breast/cervical cancer screening

• HPV, Hep A & Hep B vaccines

Accepts insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and sliding scale fees.

• Family planning counseling

• Birth control (IUDs, implant, pills, injections, vasectomy)

• Pap smears & OB-GYN care

• HIV programs

• Teen health services

• Services available in English and Spanish

Accepts insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and sliding scale fees. Serves all patients regardless of ability to pay, including LGBTQ+ patients and farmworkers.

Wasco & Sherman Counties

• Birth control (same-day prescriptions, no physical exam required)

• Emergency contraception (Mon–Fri)

• Free condoms

• HPV, Hep A, Hep B & Mpox vaccines

All services are confidential. No consent from a parent or partner required. Free or low-cost. Accepts insurance and Medicaid. Services available in English.

Washington

Klickitat County

Accepts insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and sliding scale fees. No one denied services for inability to pay. Serves LGBTQ+ patients, MSM, and low-income individuals. Services available in English and Spanish.

• Walmart Pharmacy (Hood River)
